Gold Package (prices start at $160.00, please call or e-mail for pricing)
This PREMIUM tour is a fully scripted and narrated VIDEO tour showcasing the amenities and features of the residence. This tour brings any listing to life! The Gold Tour includes:
- Three business card size CD’s of the tour that have the realtor’s contact information, company logo, a picture of the house and address on the label. Additional CD’s can be purchased for $1.60 each.
- At least 15 still digital photos (usually more) loaded on to a photo CD.
- The tour posted on Realtor.com
- Unlimited hosting of the tour until the home is sold or no longer listed

Silver Package - $99.00
Real Estate Gallery takes a series of gorgeous still photos, and then creates a tour that is scripted AND narrated, set to music and configured in a video format. The Silver Tour includes:
- Three business card size CD’s of the tour that have the realtor’s contact information, company logo, a picture of the house and address on the label. Additional CD’s can be purchased for $1.60 each.
- At least 15 still digital photos loaded (usually more) on to a photo CD.
- The tour posted on Realtor.com
- Unlimited hosting of the tour until the home is sold or no longer listed

Bronze Package - $75.00
Real Estate Gallery takes a series of gorgeous still photos and sets them to music and configured in a video format. The Bronze Tour includes:
- Three business card size CD’s of the tour that have the realtor’s contact information, company logo, a picture of the house and address on the label. Additional CD’s can be purchased for $1.60 each.
- At least 15 still digital photos (usually more) loaded on to a photo CD.
- The tour posted on Realtor.com
- Unlimited hosting of the tour until the home is sold or no longer listed
And remember, Real Estate Gallery is fully insured and registered as a Supra Key Card holder so you don’t even have to be there to let us in!!!
- There will be a charge for all requested edits on tours unless Real Estate Gallery has made an error regarding the information on the tour. Editing fees start at $35.00 per edit and can increase depending on the scope of work involved.
- Should a Real Estate Gallery representative show up for an appointment and is unable to film or photograph the listing, there is a mandatory $50.00 trip charge.
- Listings filmed or photographed in Bartow, Clark, Clayton, Douglas, Fayette, South Fulton, Habersham, Henry, Paulding, Oconee, Pickens, Rockdale, Counties will have a fuel surcharge of an additional $20.00
